Every allocation is structured to generate multi-generational returns that fund domestic and global Kingdom expansion, resource ministry, and strengthen the resilience of the local church.

Invest in Research Projects

Direct Project Funding & IP Rights

Direct capital allocation into high-impact, vetted R&D projects across our seven research disciplines — Life Sciences, Information Technology & AI, Physics & Engineering, Sustainability & Energy, Exploration, Facility Usage, and Creation Science.

IP Ownership Model

  • Maximum 50% IP allocation to investors. Fund 100% of a project's target and you secure 50% of the resulting IP rights, licensing revenues and royalties.
  • Pro-rata scaling. Partial funding scales your IP equity proportionally — funding 50% of the capital target grants 25% IP ownership.
  • Fixed institutional retainers. Vertex Catalyst Group always retains 30% of the IP; the Lead Researcher / Research Group retains 20%.

IP & Patent Cost Allocation

  • Initial project investment strictly funds research, lab operations, materials and execution.
  • IP / patent / trademark prosecution and registration costs are separate and evaluated upon project completion.
  • Upon consensus on the commercialization pathway, filing / registration costs are shared 70% by the Project Investor(s) and 30% by Vertex Catalyst Group.

Corporate Private Equity

Acquire private equity shares directly in Vertex Catalyst Group (Pty) Ltd / the Vertex IP Holding vehicle — broad exposure to the full research portfolio rather than a single program.

How the split works.

Every Option A project carries the same fixed governance structure. Fund the full target and you reach the 50% investor ceiling; institutional retainers never change.

IP Ownership (at 100% funding)

Investor share scales pro-rata with the portion of the funding target provided.

Patent / Filing Cost Split (upon commercialization)

Filing / registration costs are evaluated and shared only after a commercialization pathway is agreed.

Governance & assurance: financial administration by JNP Chartered Accountants; IP, corporate and contract governance by MVSK Attorneys. All allocations are formalized under binding agreements and NDA. Figures illustrate the standard framework; program-level terms are confirmed in writing per project.
